As a young teen, I battled with an eating disorder—a journey that fuels my passion for helping others with their own recovery. Whether you’re facing an eating disorder or a challenging relationship with food, I’m here to guide and support you.​

My approach combines nutrition therapy with nutrition counselling, providing holistic care that nurtures your physical health while addressing underlying thoughts and beliefs around food, body, and exercise.
